Final Bloom
Welcome to Your Final Bloom
You have bloomed through every season. This is not your ending, this is your most powerful chapter yet.
A new season of softness, wisdom, and power
Menopause is not a closing door, it is a threshold. Everything your body has carried, every cycle, every breath, every moon, has prepared you for this. Welcome, sister, to the bloom that lasts.
What is menopause
Menopause is the natural completion of your menstrual journey. It is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period. It marks the end of ovulation, not the end of you.
The three stages
Perimenopause: the years of transition, often beginning in the 40s, with shifting cycles and early symptoms.
Menopause: the single day marking 12 months without a period.
Postmenopause: all the beautiful years that follow.
Average age of onset
Most women reach menopause between 45 and 55, with an average around 51. Every body has its own timing, and yours is right on time.
Early menopause and POI
Menopause before 45 is considered early, and before 40 is called premature ovarian insufficiency (POI). If this is your story, you deserve extra support, screenings, and care. Please reach out to a trusted clinician.
