My Story
Born from Love
Flè Lavi was born from love, a mother's dream that I carried for years before finding a way to bring it to life. As a stay-at-home mom with zero background in coding, I taught myself everything from scratch simply because I wanted to connect with and hold space for other amazing women.
I wanted to build a sanctuary where we can bloom, grow, and thrive through every season. Whether you are an anxious mom preparing to return to work, a stay-at-home mother pouring everything into your children, a young girl experiencing your very first period, or a woman navigating the wisdom of menopause in your final bloom. This space is for you. I believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated through every chapter in between.
This garden was planted with care stitched into every petal so you can voice your heaviest burdens, celebrate your quietest victories, and track your body safely in the shadows, away from the noise of public forums and algorithms. Though my face and name remain hidden to protect the quiet privacy of this sanctuary, my heart is poured into every corner of it. You do not have to walk this path alone. Welcome to the garden.

I kept thinking about how many different seasons a woman can move through, and how often we are expected to figure them out alone.
Your first period. Trying to conceive. A pregnancy that brings more questions than answers. The fourth trimester. Breastfeeding. A loss. A diagnosis. A changing body. Perimenopause. Menopause.
Different chapters, but the same woman underneath it all.
I wanted to create one place where she could come back to herself.
