Educational only , not medical advice
The information here is for learning and reflection. It isn't a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for personalized medical care. Please talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, herb, or practice , especially if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or managing a health condition.
Endometriosis Natural Support
Compassionate care alongside treatment
Endo is real, painful, and underdiagnosed. Natural approaches don't cure it , but they can reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, and make daily life softer. Use them with, not instead of, your specialist.
Natural remedies & approaches
Anti-inflammatory diet
Many women describe relief with less gluten, dairy, alcohol, and added sugar , and more fish, leafy greens, olive oil, and berries. An elimination-style trial for 6–8 weeks tells you a lot.
Turmeric / curcumin
Studied for anti-inflammatory effects. Take with black pepper or fat for absorption.
Omega-3s
Fatty fish 2–3x/week, or a quality fish oil. Helpful for both inflammation and pain.
Reduce estrogen dominance
Cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, kale) support estrogen detox. Reduce plastics, fragrance, and conventional dairy when you can.
Pelvic floor physical therapy
Endo often comes with pelvic floor tension. A trained PT is genuinely life-changing for many.
Gentle movement
Walking, swimming, restorative yoga. Push through pain less; soften into rest more.
Nervous system work
Chronic pain rewires the nervous system. Breathwork, somatic therapy, and EMDR can all help the body feel safe again.
A gentle reminder
If you suspect endo (severe periods, painful sex, bowel/bladder symptoms, infertility), please push for proper evaluation. The average diagnosis takes 7–10 years , you deserve faster than that.
Your personal notes
What you've tried, what's helped, what your body is telling you.
